All of our watches come with a 30 day money back guarantee (from the date you actually received the timepiece). If you would like to return your product for a refund of your money, it is an easy process, please read our conditions below.

When returning an item you must make a request through email. This is done by accessing the contact form on this website and entering the details of your proposed return in the message box provided. On receipt of this notice a member of our team will respond to your request within 48 hours by sending you an email with instructions on how to make the return.
